Hi, I’m Patricia — a proud mom and wife, a lover of crochet, mindful movement and gardening. simple practices that keep me grounded and connected to the rhythms of nature.

But above all, I’m a woman—curious, heart-led, and deeply devoted to meaningful connection. Helping other women step into their truth is not just my work—it’s my greatest joy.

Over the years, I’ve created and led meaningful community experiences like textured curly hair meetups, upcycled fashion workshops, and women’s circles focused on living and working in tune with our cyclical nature. Through these spaces and my work with Human Design, I help women remember who they are, embrace each phase of life, and build from a place of authenticity.

My journey — from fashion design to entrepreneurship, from surviving cancer to finding deeper alignment — has taught me that real success comes from honouring ourselves fully. That’s the energy I bring into every workshop, reading, collaboration, and public speaking opportunity: soulful, grounded, and always in flow.
